Joe attended York University where he specialized in Economics
Management. Joe started his career in the Wealth Management
industry where he quickly progressed into senior strategic roles
highlighted by being the youngest Branch Manager at CF Canada
Financial. In 2006, Joe began his recruitment career at Robert Half
International (multinational staffing firm in the Greater Toronto Area)
where he specialized in the recruitment and placement of Financial
Services Professionals for the leading Banks, Insurance companies as well
as cutting edge Investment and Asset Management firms.
Throughout his years in the recruitment industry, Joe has been recognized
as a top performing recruiter. His success comes from his extensive
industry knowledge and strong ability to connect the dots of both the
employer and candidate. Currently Joe is the Director, Recruitment
Services at JTL SOURCING. Joe continues to strive for excellence as
his passion is displayed everyday in his service to his clients. He
hopes he can inspire those that are in leadership roles to give back to
