Paul M. Yeung is Senior Manager, Regulatory and Government Affairs at RBC. Since joining RBC in December, 2007, Paul has been responsible for RBC's nationwide approach to provincial government relations; providing strategic, risk and issues management, policy direction, and communications advice. In addition to representing RBC at political, public policy and economic events, Paul is responsible for arranging meetings and providing advice to RBC executives regarding meetings with numerous Provincial Ministers and Ministries, including Finance, Health, Environment, Education, the Attorney General, Aboriginal Affairs, Transportation, Tourism, Consumer Affairs, Children and Youth Services. His international experience includes internships in Northern Ireland, Belgium, and China. In 2004, Paul joined the External Affairs department of the World Bank based in Washington D.C. for almost two years. Prior to joining RBC, he was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Finance, in the province of Ontario.
Paul enjoys lecturing at York University's Emerging Global Leaders Program, was appointed to the Ontario Trillium Foundation's Grant Review Team, and was chosen as an Action Canada Leadership Fellow for 2011-12.
