
Vivian is the Senior Buyer for K.Jamson Luggage; a Canadian owned and operated wholesaler and retail chain in North America since 1975. She is in charge of the purchasing for such brands as Samsonite, Delsey, Heys, Guess, Kenneth Cole and Jansport to name a few.
Vivian's role in K.Jamson has trained her in all aspects of operating a retail business. Being raised in a family of entrepreneurs that offered convenient resources, she pursued learning about the business world hands on from a perspective many forthcoming individuals can relate to. Having studied Business Management, as well as completed her undergrad with a BCOMM in Retail Management with a Minor in Marketing. Vivian has also attained certificates in Retail and Services Management and Marketing Management, areas which she has since built upon in her career. Having worked in the retail sector for over 10 years, Vivian believes being part of NAAAP as VP of Business Development is an exciting next step for her community involvement.
Vivian is also active in the Chinese community with the Chinese Cultural Centre (CCC), Richmond Hill and Markham Business Association (RHMCBA), Hong Kong Canada Business Association (HKCBA), Markham Board of Trade (MBT) and other community organizations such as Junior Achievement of Canada (JA). She also has volunteered for relief efforts such as the fundraising events for the 2004 Tsunami, the 2008 earth quake in Siquan, China and the cyclone in Burma.
This is Vivian's second year serving on the Board and she hopes continue to use her expertise to expand NAAAP Toronto.
