Gold Individual Membership
Valid for 2 Years $95.00
$20.00/year renewal thereafter

This membership is valid for the first 2 years of subscription entitling a member to the NAAAP Toronto Corporate Benefit Program, membership services and no charge/reduced fee access to NAAAP Toronto Signature Events (Networking & Seminar/Workshops). Reduced Member rates will apply to special events, NAAAP Toronto sponsored events and NAAAP National events.

  

Corporate Membership
$225.00 per year

This membership is a bundled rate for businesses to extend benefits of a NAAAP Toronto membership for up to five employees. Business applicants must provide the names of employees to be provided with a Corporate Membership as well as proof of employment. The membership entitles an employee full benefits of an Individual Membership and the business is verified with a Corporate Membership Certificate.

  1. As a NAAAP-Toronto member, I am entitled to attend NAAAP-Toronto sponsored events and programs at normal membership prices prior to the expiry date shown on this application;
  2. My NAAAP-Toronto membership card is to be used solely for identification purposes. My membership card is non-transferable, non-refundable and is the sole property of NAAAP- Toronto and must be surrendered to NAAAP-Toronto upon request;
  3. I agree to the terms and conditions contained in the NAAAP-Toronto membership guidelines and NAAAP-Toronto Code of Conduct which I understand are posted at www.naaaptoronto.org in the Members Section after logging in;
  4. Attendance and/or participation by myself in any NAAAP-Toronto event or program is solely at the risk of myself. Under no circumstances will NAAAP-Toronto be liable for any damages incurred by the me at any NAAAP-Toronto event or program; and
  5. Use and presentation of my membership card by any person other than myself constitutes fraud and will result in legal proceedings being brought against any person(s) fraudulently using this card.

I understand that all membership dues are non-transferrable and non-refundable. My membership with NAAAP-Toronto may be revoked at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors or a NAAAP Representative at anytime within the membership year.
